1About these terms
These terms cover account creation and use of Is It? at playisit.com. When creating a new account, you agree by selecting the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
2Creating an account
Use an email address you own and can access, and a username that does not impersonate another person. Each email is linked to one account. Follow the username and password requirements shown in the registration form. Age, region and gender fields are optional.
3Keeping your account secure
Keep your password and recovery links private. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact support. Do not use another person’s account without their permission.
4Fair play and acceptable use
Respect other players and follow room and tournament instructions. Impersonation, harassment, offensive names, sharing other people’s private information without permission, exploiting vulnerabilities to cheat, accessing accounts or permissions without authorization, and disrupting the site with automated requests are prohibited.
5Categories and content
Use the categories available under your account’s permissions. Creating an account does not automatically unlock every category. Agreeing to these terms does not authorize a purchase, subscription or payment.
6Images and trademarks
Images, artwork and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Availability inside the game does not grant permission to resell or republish an image beyond its license. See the image and artwork credits page for sources and recorded rights information.
7Technical issues and support
Connectivity, maintenance or technical issues may interrupt play. Contact support with a description and room code when relevant, without sending your password or recovery link. You can also contact support about your account or these terms.
8Terms version and your rights
The acceptance date and the version of these terms are recorded with a new account. Your acceptance does not cover future changes that have not been presented to you and does not waive any rights provided by applicable law.
